Robert D. Dornbush, known to all as "Bob," passed away on March 14, 2021, at the age of 79 years.

Beloved husband and best friend of Florence Dornbush

Loving father of Theresa (Chris) Hoback and Rob (Julie) Dornbush

He was the proud grandfather to Ben and Olivia Dornbush and Natalie and Holly Hoback

A native of Steubenville, Ohio, Bob fell in love with numbers at a young age which pushed him to attend Kent State University and graduated with a degree in Accounting.

He had a very successful 40+ year career in Accounting and worked well into his 60s. It wasn’t until he turned 69 when he started his new career as “Grandpa”, the numbers took a backseat, and he became #1 Grandpa to his four grandchildren.

In addition to being a dedicated and loving husband and father, Bob also loved staying active in his church community, bible study and holding various volunteer roles at First Baptist Church of Atlanta. Throughout his entire life, he held an unwavering faith in God, which he shared with those who surrounded him.

Bob’s resting place and place of remembrance will be at Canton Funeral Home at Macedonia Memorial Park.
