John was born on June 3rd, 1964 in Boston, Massachusetts to Nora and late John Homsey.  John proudly served in the United States Army.  On June 22, 1989, John married Karen Noonan in Boston, MA to whom he was married for 29 years.  There was no project too big or too small that he could not master.  He spent a majority of his time doing home improvement projects with his son, John Robert by his side.  He also, enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle that he had for over 20 years.  Family and friends know him for his sense of humor and "teddy bear" persona.  He had the biggest heart and was a person of integrity.
