Hannah Barahona

April 13, 1990 — March 23, 2021

Hannah Sunny Barahona, beloved wife, mother, sister, and daughter entered heaven on March 23, 2021. She was a beautiful woman with a beautiful heart full of gifts and talents. As a child she excelled at sports, dance, and cheerleading. She was full of humor and always made us laugh.

Her life’s dream was to create a beautiful family, full of love – and she excelled at that. She leaves behind her husband, Samir Barahona; four children, Marcello, Maddox, Myra, and Margo; her sister, Micah Allen, and her parents, Nancy Allen, and Trey Allen. She also loved and was loved by many in-laws, cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents.

Hannah loved her friends and coworkers. She enjoyed cooking for her family and learning new recipes from her mother-in-law, Lorna Becerra. Her creative skills sparkled as she hosted parties for her children and decorated her home for her family. She loved to “critique” others’ design choices, too.

More than anything, she loved to be at home with Samir and the children watching something new on Netflix, eating ice-cream, and dreaming of their future together.

A visitation will take place on Monday March 29, 2021 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm followed by a chapel service all at Canton Funeral Home. Immediately following interment will take place in Macedonia Memorial Park. (For everyone’s safety, please wear a mask and practice social distancing.)

Canton Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Hannah Barahona.
